Stephan brings over 20 years of experience in engineering services management,
product management, sales, quality assurance, support, and hotel management.
Prior to founding IQubz, he worked with Hotel Information Systems (HIS) for 12
years in various capacities, including Vice President of Engineering and Vice
President of Product Management. He has expertise in Customer Relationship
Management Systems (CRM), Property Management Systems (PMS), Central
Reservation Systems (CRS) and Business Intelligence (BI).
Stephan is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Installation and Configuration and
Scribe Insight data integration solution. He holds an MBA from University of
Redlands and a BS in Operations Management from Cornell University's School of
Hotel Administration.
