The joint team at IQubz and the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) tests IQubz solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft BI platforms for hotels, chains and resorts

IQubz, a global provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, announced today that it accomplished the scalability and performance test of its solutions at the MTC in Irvine, California.
The technical staff of IQubz and MTC performed the extract-transform-load (ETL) test by importing a sample hotel chain’s accounts, contacts and transactions data into the IQubz Hospitality CRM and Hospitality BI. Further, the joint team built multidimensional databases (or cubes) on the Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services platform, and simulated multiple simultaneous users interacting with the IQubz CRM and BI applications.
