End-to-End Multi-Site Integration for Group Tour Operator

When the tour group operator needed to have their tour bookings related information available to their sales, purchasing and accounting staff in real time, their CIO contacted IQubz, Scribe Elite Partner and Dynamics CRM Certified Partner, to build a Dynamics CRM Dynamics GP integration to have their CRM and ERP seamlessly synchronized. The solution integrates customers, vendors, purchase orders, bookings, products, prices, deposits and payments across multiple implementations of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP in US and Canada.

Tour information is shared between the systems from the initial planning stages of the tour, through the booking, deposit receipt, fulfillment and final payment process. Additionally, vendor and tour package bookings information is shared between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP to assist in the purchasing of resources from various vendors to fulfill the unique dynamic requirements of each tour. Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP integration is fully-automated taking advantage of multi-threaded processing, fault-tolerant architecture and built-in adapters of the Scribe data integration platform.
