Atdec achieves B2C and B2B ecommerce goals through creative data integration from IQubz

IQubz LLC announced today that their team has deployed fully-automated, always-on data integration for three mission-critical systems at Atdec Pty Ltd. The solution keeps the information continuously in sync across Atdec’s Magento Ecommerce, Dynamics CRM and MYOB EXO (Exonet) ERP applications. The solution is developed using Microsoft and Scribe Software technologies.
With information originating in multiple systems, Atdec needed a solution providing consistent visibility to this information from all systems. The solution provides users of CRM and EXO immediate visibility to the online orders placed in Magento. This universal access to the latest information allows Atdec’s sales and service personnel to assist their customers more efficiently. With customers’ contact details and their marketing preferences automatically updated in CRM, Atdec can manage their marketing campaigns from CRM in a unified manner.
“One of the greatest challenges for us was to accommodate the ability for both B2C and B2B customers to use Magento ecommerce system, Magento primarily being geared towards B2C,” said Viktoria Kulikova, Marketing Manager at Atdec. “The Scribe software in conjunction with very creative integration from IQubz allowed us to overcome this challenge and open up Magento to our dealers without significant customizations to Magento.”
In addition to customers and orders, the integration keeps products, stock levels and price lists maintained in EXO continuously in sync in CRM and Magento. This ensures that the latest information is presented to Atdec’s customers, dealers and salespeople at all times.
